What DocketClose Is
DocketClose is a software platform — not a law firm, not a brokerage, and not a title company. We give homeowners, buyers, Realtors, and attorneys a single shared workspace (a "docket") to track a real estate transaction from accepted offer through closing day.
How Sellers Use DocketClose
Homeowners list their property, receive showing requests and offers, and manage every conversation, document, and milestone in one place. Sellers stay in control of pricing, terms, and timing.
How Buyers Use DocketClose
Buyers browse listings, schedule showings, submit offers, and message sellers directly. After an offer is accepted, DocketClose helps both sides move through inspection, financing, attorney review, and closing.
How Realtors Participate
Buyers may work with a Realtor if they choose. Realtors representing a buyer can submit offers, exchange documents, and coordinate showings through the same docket. Realtors operate independently and are responsible for their own representation, fees, and licensing obligations.
How Attorneys Participate
Attorneys can be added to a docket to review contracts, manage escrow, and prepare closing documents. Attorneys are independent professionals — DocketClose does not employ them and does not direct their legal work.
Docket Trusted Partners
Inspectors, title companies, lenders, and other service providers can join a docket as Docket Trusted Partners. They appear in the workspace so buyers, sellers, Realtors, and attorneys can coordinate inspections, financing, title work, and closing logistics in one place. Trusted Partners operate independently and are responsible for their own licensing, fees, and the services they provide.
