Terms of Service

DocketClose is a transaction management platform. We provide software that helps buyers, sellers, Realtors, and attorneys coordinate a real estate transaction in a shared workspace.

You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make about your transaction, including pricing, terms, contract obligations, disclosures, and closing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (listings, offers, documents, messages) and for complying with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Attorneys, Realtors, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals who participate in a docket operate independently. They are not employed or supervised by DocketClose. Their fees, licensing, professional conduct, and the services they provide are their own responsibility. DocketClose does not guarantee the work of any third-party professional.

You agree not to use DocketClose to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, distribute malware, scrape data, or violate any law. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, photos, messages, documents). You grant DocketClose a limited license to host, display, and process that content to operate the platform and serve other authorized participants on your docket.

Some features may require payment. Pricing is shown in the platform before you incur a charge. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any transaction will close. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocketClose disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocketClose is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
